抑癌基因PTEN—子宫内膜的看家基因 被引量：2

摘要 新近发现的抑癌基因 PTEN/MMAC1/TEP1是子宫内膜癌中突变率最高的基因,也称子宫内膜的看家基因,其功能丧失视为子宫内膜癌的早期分子事件。PTEN 基因在不同的细胞类型及肿瘤发生发展的不同阶段扮演不同的角色,发挥不同的抑癌作用。综述该领域的最新进展。
