立体定向置管引流术治疗重型脑干出血

The treatment of serious brainstem hemorrhage with stereotaxic drainage pipe

目的 :探讨立体定向置管引流术治疗重型脑干出血的效果。方法 :总结立体定向于血肿内、侧脑室置管引流治疗重型脑干出血 12例经验 ,并对手术方法、手术适应证、术后处理做初步讨论。结果 :全部病例立体定向手术均获成功 ,术后存活 8例 (存活率 6 6 %) ,无手术死亡及并发症。结论 :立体定向置管引流手术对脑干出血是一种微创、安全、有效的治疗方法。可降低重型脑干出血的死亡率和重残率。

Objective To investigate the treatment methods of serious brainstem hemorrhage with stereotaxic drainage pipe.Method Experience from twelve patients of serious brainstem hemorrhage is concluded with stereotaxic drainage pipe in the hematoma,cavoe and the ventriculus lateralis cerebrialis,and we discuss primary with the operative method,the operative indication and postoperative process.Results All cases of the stereotaxic operations were successful.There are not operative death or operative complication during the stereotaxic operations,and eight patients survive after the operation.Conclusion The stereotaxic operation is a microtramatic safe and efficient treatment method for brainstem hemorrhages.Some of patients are beneficial prognosis.It can decrease the dead ratio and serious mutilation ratio of serious brainstem hemorrhage.
