椎管内肿瘤CTM及CT诊断

CTM and CT diagnosis of tumors in the canales spinalis

目的 :探讨CTM和CT检查对椎管内肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析经手术病理证实并经CTM和CT检查诊断的肿瘤病人 35例。结果 :CTM、CT诊断髓内肿瘤 10例 (占 2 8 6 %) ,髓外硬膜内肿瘤 15例 (占 42 8%) ,硬膜外肿瘤 8例 (占2 2 8%) ,硬膜内外肿瘤 2例 (占 5 8%)。结论 :该方法能反映肿瘤各自特征 ,准确地反映椎管内各种肿瘤的位置和性质。

Objective To investigate the value of CTM and CT in diagnosing tumors in the canales spinalis.Method 35 tumors in the canales spinalis examined by CTM and CT and confirmed by surgical-pathologic results were retrospectively analysed.Results 10 intramedullary(28.6%),15 intradural extramedullary(42.8%),8 extradural(22.8%) and 2 intra-extradural tumors(5.8%) were diagnosed by CTM and CT.Conclusion CTM and plain and enhancement CT scanning can reveal the features of every kind of tumors in the canales spinalis and determine correctly respective position and nature.
