髓内钉固定肱骨干骨折致肩关节脱位4例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 肱骨干骨折利用中西医结合小夹板,切开复位钢板,髓内钉等方法治疗大多数能获得好的效果,仍有一小部分由于各种原因致骨折延迟愈合甚至骨不连.但出现肩关节半脱位实属少见.1992～1994年作者收治4例髓内钉固定肱骨干骨折致肩关节半脱位,经妥善处理后均达到满意的治疗效果,本文就我院收治的4例据其原因、教训及预防等方面进行分析讨论.报告如下.
