支气管哮喘患者下呼吸道P物质含量及临床意义的研究

摘要 目的 探讨 P物质在支气管哮喘发病中的作用及与肺功能关系。方法 采用放免法测定 30例哮喘患者和 30例健康对照组下呼吸道 P物质含量 ,同时检测肺功能。结果 哮喘组下呼吸道 P物质含量( 2 4 0 .2± 1 1 8.7) pmol/L显著高于健康对照组 ( 33.4± 2 5 .4) pmol/L,两组间差异显著 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,且哮喘组P物质升高与 FEV1/FVC%呈显著负相关。结论 P物质作为发病因素之一参与了哮喘的发病过程 ,并直接影响了肺的通气功能。 Objective To explore the role of substance P (SP) in the pathogenesis of asthma,and the relationship between level of SP and lung function in asthma Methods SP concentration in lower respiratory tract in 30 patients with asthma and 30 healthy voluneers was measured by radioimmunoassay.The lung function was examined at the same time Results It was found that the SP concentration in lower respiratory tract of asthma group (240 2±118 7pmol/L) was signicantly higher than the healthy control group (33 4±25 4pmol/L)(P<0 01).The SP concentration in lower respiratory tract signicantly negative correlated with FEV 1/FVC% in asthma group Conclusions It is suggested that the SP take part in the pathogenesis of asthma partly and affects the lung function directly
