超声对宫角妊娠的诊断及治疗意义

The value of treatment and diagnosis of B-ultrasonic for 17 cases angular pregnancy

目的 探讨对误诊率高、危害大的罕见特殊部位宫角妊娠的诊断和治疗。方法 对我院 1 991～ 2 0 0 1年收治的宫角妊娠临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 宫角妊娠 1 7例中误诊宫内妊娠行人流失败 4例 ,1 3例行腹部手术 ,3例行 B超监视下人流术 ,1例行子宫动脉栓塞术。结论 宫角妊娠临床诊断困难 ,误诊率高 ,破裂后造成迅猛的腹腔内出血。应提高对少见部位宫角妊娠的认识 ,减少孕妇死亡。

Objective To improve diagnosis and treatment of the dangerous rare angular pregnancy in special area which is often under misapprehension Methods A retrospective analysis was done by collecting clinical material of angular pregnancy in our hospital from 1991~2001 Results Seventeen cases of angular pregnancy which 4 cases were intrauterine pregnancy by performing artificial abortion were analyzed. The rate of misdiagnosis was 23 5%. Thirteen cases of angular pregnancy were performed operation. The other 3 cases of angular pregnancy were performed artificial abortion and 1 case was performed intrauterine arterial embolization Conclusions Angular pregnancy is difficult to diagnosis and is under a misapprehonsion. It causes quick and enormous bleeding. We should recognize the importance of rare angular pregnancy diagnosis to decrease the pregnant mortality
