摘要
研究了使用复合型橡胶塑解剂胶料的塑炼效果、加工性能及硫化特性 ,并与物理塑解剂和化学塑解剂进行了比较。试验结果表明 ,使用复合型塑解剂 ,与物理塑解剂相比 ,既能提高胶料的塑性 ,又可改善加工性能 ;与化学塑解剂相比 ,胶料的加工和分散性能更好。物理、化学和复合三类塑解剂虽然自身成分及塑解机理不同 。
The masticating effect,processibility and curing characteristics of rubber compound with complex peptizer were investigated and compared to those of rubber compounds with physical or chemical peptizers respectively.The test results showed that the complex peptizer gave rubber compound higher plasticity and improved processibility when compared to physical peptizer,and gave rubber compound better dispersity and processibility when compared to chemical peptizer.The physical,chemical and complex peptizers had little effect on the curing characteristics of rubber compound and the physical properties of vulcanizate although their compositions and peptizing mechanisms were quite different.
