芳纶帘线在轿车和轻型载重车子午线轮胎中的应用

Application of aromatic polyamide cord to radial car and LT tires

研究了芳纶帘线在轿车和轻型载重车子午线轮胎中的应用。对采用芳纶帘线 1680dtex/3作骨架材料轮胎的配方、结构和工艺调整后进行成品试验 ,结果表明 ,185 /70R13和 6 5 0R16轮胎的外缘尺寸、水压爆破及强度试验结果基本符合标准要求 ;耐久时间均超过 10 0h未破坏 ;185 /70R13和 6.5 0R16轮胎的高速性能可分别达到 2 0 0km·h- 1 × 0 5min和 2 10km·h- 1 × 13min。

The application of aromatic polyamide cord to radial car and LT tires was investigated.185/70R13 and 6 50R16 tires were made by using 1680dtex/3 aromatic polyamide cord as reinforcing material in carcass ply and adjusting formula,structure design and processing technology.The test results of finished tire showed that the overall dimensions,water pressure explosion strength and plunger energy of both tires met with the requiremants in the relevant national standards,and their endurance lives reached over 100 h;and the speed performances of 185/70R13 and 6 50R16 tires reached 200 km·h -1 ×0 5 min and 210 km·h -1 ×13 min respectively.
