摘要
分析了影响轿车子午线轮胎均匀性的因素 ,并提出了相应的控制措施。主要影响因素包括带束层 胎面与胎体中心偏移、帘布接头偏大、钢丝圈扣圈偏扭、成型部件接头定位分布不合理等。通过钢丝圈同心度检查 ,控制钢丝圈偏扭误差小于 1.0 5mm ;减小气密层和帘布接头 ;胎面、胎侧挤出联动线切头角度由 3 0°改为 2 5° ;成型定位分布为1#附皮帘布接头与钢丝圈搭头呈 180°、2 #帘布接头与 1#帘布接头呈 90°、胎侧接头与胎面接头呈 180°等措施 ,使轿车子午线轮胎均匀性A级品率由 60 %左右提高到 95 .88%。
The causes for the ununiformity of radial car tire were analysed and the countermeasures were proposed.It was found that the ununiformity of radial car tire was caused mainly from the deviation of belt/tread centeral line from carcass ply centeral line,the greater splice of carcass ply,the distorted setting of bead wire,the unreasonable distribution of component splices in asssembly and so on.The A grade of radial car tire increased from 60% to 95 88% in terms of unifomity by the following measures,such as checking the concentricity of bead ring to ensure the setting error of bead wire <1 05 mm;reducing the splices of inner liner and cord ply;changing end cutting angle of tread and sidewall extruding line from 30° to 25°;and distributing the splices of No 1 cord band with skim and bead wire at 180°,the splices of No 2 cord band and No 1 cord band at 90°,and the splices of tread and sidewall at 180° in assembly.
