摘要
以醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酰胺为单体 ,经共聚反应、皂化反应合成了丙烯酰胺改性的聚乙烯醇。各步产物的结构经红外光谱确认。当共聚单体投料比n(AM ) /n(VAC)为 0 0 333左右、共聚物的相对分子质量 (黏均 )为 1 0万到 1 3万时其吸墨性能和清晰度最好 。
Polyvinyl alcohol modified by acrylamide was prepared from vinyl acetate(VAC) and acrylamide(AM) via copolymerization and samponification reactions.Structures of the products in each step were identified by IR. When the comonomer ratio〔 n (AM)∶ n (VAC)〕 was about 0 0333 and the molecular weight of copolymer varied from 100 000 to 130 000,the ink absorbing property and definition were the best.The ink absorption rate speeded up with the thickness of coating layer.
