消泡剂PGA的研制与应用

Preparation and Application of Defoaming Agent PGA

根据广州某造纸厂废水处理工段的水质特点 ,以二甲基硅油和沉淀二氧化硅为主要成分 ,采用Span -Tween乳化体系及普通搅拌装置对硅油进行乳化 ,研制出了稳定的乳液型有机硅消泡剂PGA。结果表明 ,PGA用量为 0 0 0 0 1 %时 ,消泡性能比其他几种相同价位的市售消泡剂都好 ;在用量比该厂原用油类消泡剂用量少 1 4 9%的情况下仍可达到相同的消泡效果 ,说明消泡剂PGA是这种油类消泡剂的良好的替代产品。

According to the water quality of the wastewater treatment workshop section in a paper-making factory in Guangzhou,the stable silicon defoaming agent PGA was prepared by using the Span-Tween emulsion system under stirring in common mixer.The results showed that when the dosage was 0 0001%the defoaming effect of PGA was better than several other defoamers of identical price.The same satisfactory defoaming effect was obtained when the dosage was less than the oily defoamer being used in the factory by 14 9%.This proves that PGA is a good substitute for the original oily defoamer.
