摘要
在制取锌铬膜涂层的基础上 ,采用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪 (ESCA)以及差热分析 (DTA)等现代仪器分析方法 ,对获得的膜层组成与结构进行了分析 。
Based on a large number of experimental results,the desired Zn Cr coating is obtained.Morphology of the coating surface is observed by scanning electron microscope.Electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis(ESCA) system and differential thermal analysis(DTA) method are used to research the Zn Cr coating composition and construction.Characteristic of the structure coatig is discussed.
