摘要 应用FJY 18无氰电刷镀金技术制得的金镀层具有孔隙率低、色泽金黄、光亮、结合力好 ,镀厚能力大于 2 0 μm ,显微硬度HV =13 0~ 15 0 ,施工温度范围宽、无毒等特点 。 The effects of operating parameters on the characterics of FIY series of non cyanide gold brush plating bath are investigated.The gold coating plated with the thickness more than 20 micrometer is shining bright,easy to get thick coating and has low porosity,good adhesion to substrate.The gold plating solution is no toxic and works well at a wide range of temperature.The gold coating has been used as a wear resistive coating on the surface of a key component made of stainless steel in aircraft manufacturing engineering. [
