常温快速固化输送带修补胶的研制及应用

Development and application of a quickly curing repairing adhesives for conveyer belts at room temperature

以TDI-PEBA聚氨酯预聚体为A组分 ,以多元醇和扩链剂等为B组分 ,以 5 4 0树脂溶液为C组分制成的常温快速固化输送带修补胶粘剂 ,活性期 10min ,表干时间 2h ,全固时间 16 8h ,拉伸强度 11MPa,断裂伸长率30 0 %～ 4 0 0 %。其硬度与输送带表面硬度接近 ,耐介质性能优良 ,适宜于输送带的快速修补。

A quickly curing repairing adhesive for conveyer belts at room temperature was successfully synthesized by using a TDI-PEBA(polyethylene and butylene glycol adipate) polyurethane prepolymer as the component A,a polyols and a chain extender as the component B,and 540 resin as the component C.Its using properties are:working life of 10 min,surface drying time of 2 h,complete curing time of 168 h,tensile strength of 11 MPa,and breaking elongation of 300%~400%.The hardness of the cured was near that of the conveyer belts and its medium resistance was excellent.The adhesive is suitable for quickly repairing of conveyer belts.
