摘要
本文综述了DCB的致癌毒性研究现状和可能的致癌机理。DCB合成的颜料无致癌毒性,经动物实验证明DCB有致癌的诱变性,但迄今为止,DCB对人无导致膀胱癌的记录。
Carcinogenicity of 3,3'-Dichrolobenzidine(DCB) was reviewed. The latest research work and mechanism on this field were outlined. The dyes derived from DCB are said to be non-carcinogenic. Though it is carcinogenic to the animals, but non- carcinogenic to human beings so far reported.
