摘要
文章采用液—液萃取法回收再利用制取钾盐后的光卤石残液中的高氯酸盐 ,并确定合适的萃取体系及最佳工艺条件 ,高氯酸盐的回收率为 97.5 % ,实验结果表明用高氯酸盐作为沉淀剂从光卤石中提取钾制取钾盐以及从其残液中回收高氯酸盐再利用的工艺经济合理 。
The method of liquid liquid extraction to recover and reutilize perchlorate from carnallite residual liquor after preparation of potassium salt was adopted. The extraction system and technological process condition were determined. The recovery rate of perchlorate was 97.5%. The experiment showed that this technological process was economic, reasonable and beneficial to environmental protection.
