摘要
本文论述了预氧化停留时间和低温炉温度及其废气排放对碳纤维力学性能的影响。在碳纤维生产过程中,预氧化停留时间适当增加有利于碳纤维性能的提高。低温炉温度及其废气排放是影响碳纤维力学性能指标的一个重要因素,低温炉温度应在 400-800℃ 分布,废气排放应具有较强方向性,并应尽力避免废气排放不畅。
In this article the influence to mechanical properties of carbon fiber made by preoxidation retention time、temperature of low-oven and exhaust emission is discussed. In production process of carbon fiber, appropriately increase preoxidation retention time will be propitious to the performance of carbon fiber. Temperature of low-oven and exhaust emission are important factors that influence to mechanical properties of carbon fiber, the temperature of low-oven shoud range between 400 and 800 degrees centigrade, exhaust emission should have strong directivity and make great efforts to avoid the obstruction.
