动脉灌注榄香烯乳与直肠癌细胞的凋亡和增殖

The Impact of Selective Preoperative Intra-arterial Infusion with Elemene on Apoptosis and Proliferation of Rectal Cancer Cells

[目的]探讨术前选择性动脉灌注榄香烯乳对直肠癌细胞凋亡和增殖的影响。[方法]对20例直肠癌患者榄香烯乳灌注前后的肿瘤组织及16例正常直肠粘膜,分别采用TUNEL法及SP法测定细胞凋亡指数（AI）和增殖指数（PI）。[结果]本组患者榄香烯乳灌注前及灌注后7d-10d.AI分别为5.6‰、11.21‰;PI分别为50.05‰、40.16‰,差异均有显著性意义（P<0.01）。[结论]术前选择性动脉灌注榄香烯乳能诱导直肠癌细胞凋亡和抑制其增殖,提示术前灌注榄香烯乳对治疗直肠癌有积极意义。

[Purpose]To study the impact of selective intrararterial infusion with elemene on apoptosis and proliferation of rectal cancer cells. [Methods] Twenty patients with rectal cancer were treated by seclective preoperative intra-arterial infusion with elemene. Apoptotic cells and the expression of PCNA were examined by TUNEL and SP methods respectively in 20 cases of rectal cancer tissues and 16 cases of normal rectal mucosas before infusion and 7d - 10d after infusion. [Results]The mean AI of tumor cells was 5.68‰ before infusion and 11.21‰ 7d - 10d after infusion(P < 0.01) .The mean PI of tumor cells befor infusion and 7d - 10d after infusion was 50.05‰ and 40.16‰(P < 0.01). [Conclusions] This treatment induces apoptosis of rectal cancer cells and inhibit tumor cells proliferation. It is suggested that this treatment plays significance role for rectal cancer.
