腹腔液中TGF-β_1mRNA表达与胃癌预后的关系

The Expression of TGF-β_1 mRNA in Peritoneal Lavage Fluid and its Relation with the Prognosis in Gastric Cancer

[目的]探讨腹腔液中TGF-β1 mRNA表达与胃癌预后的关系。[方法]采用RT-PCR法检测50例胃癌患者腹腔液中TGF-β1 mRNA的表达,同时行腹腔液细胞学检查（PLC）。[结果]50例腹腔液中均检测到TGF-β1 mRNA的表达,其表达水平与浆膜类型、PLC检查及TNM分期有关（P<0.05）。[结论]腹腔液中TGF-β1 mRNA的表达水平与胃癌腹膜转移相关因素及TNM分期密切相关,检测其表达对估计胃癌患者的预后具有重要意义。

[Purpose] To investigate the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in peritoneal lavage fluid and its relation with the prognosis in gastric cancer. [Methods] The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in peritoneal lavage fluid of 50 cases with gastric cancer was detected by RT-PCR method. Peritoneal lavage cytology (PLC) was examined. [Results] The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in peritoneal fluid was found in all 50 cases. The level of TGF-β1 mRNA's expression was closely related to serosal type, PLC and TNM staging (P < 0.05) . [Conclusions] The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in peritoneal lavage fluid is closely related to the peritoneal metastasis-related factors and TNM staging in gastric cancer. TGF-β1 mRNA measurement is very helpful to evaluate prognosis in gastric cancer.
