摘要
对浓缩型乳酸菌发酵剂制备中菌株的选择、菌体增殖培养、细胞浓缩分离、生物保藏等技术关键问题进行了探讨,以期为进一步发展浓缩型乳酸菌发酵剂提供依据。
This paper discusses the technology cruxs for preparation of concentrated lactic acid bacteria starter, such as selection of bacterial strains, multiplication and culture of bacterial body, concentration and separation of bacterial cells, bio-preservation of concentrated starter. Its goal is to provide theoretical basis for further development of concentrated lactic acid bacteria starter in our country.
