研究了如何利用牛乳资源、采用酶水解方法、通过对酪蛋白或乳清蛋白进行酶水解,得到具有生物活性并能降低血压的肽——降血压肽,并将其同奶粉结合生产出能够降低血压的奶粉。
The paper is to study how to use the resource in the milk to use method with enzyme hydrolyzing to receive the active peptide which can lower the flood pressure via hydrolyze casein and whey protein --- reducing blood pressure peptide, andthen produce the milk powder which also can lower the blood pressure.
