摘要 结合生产实际探讨了大豆分离蛋白的生产工艺以及质量控制要点。从生产工艺过程、参数控制、原辅料的质量、设备运行情况,以及员工素质等方面论述了生产高品质产品的关键。介绍了大豆分离蛋白的最佳生产工艺条件和生产过程中应注意的问题。 The processing technology and quality control points were studied associated with production practice. The essential points of manufacturing high quality product were discussed in aspects of processing course, quality of raw materials and ingredients, running state of facilities and staff quality. The optimal processing conditions of soybean protein isolation and remarkable problems occurred in production were also presented.
