摘要
针对我国乳业的发展,分析了加入WTO后,政府体制改革和职能转变对乳业发展的影响,及企业自身发展方向;关注原料奶质量,同时呼吁加强国际间交流与合作,充分发挥行业协会的主导作用。
According to the development of Chinese dairy industry, this paper analyses the fluence on dairy by innovation of government system and enterprises development directions. Pay attention to fresh milk's quality, and appeal that we must strengthen international communion and collaboration. At last, bring guild's leading function into play.
