摘要
从聚酯收缩机理出发,对原料选择、工艺控制及抑制热收缩的途径进行了探讨,生产开发的聚酯弹力纬纱不仅具有较大的延伸性能,而且具有较低的热收缩率,满足了高性能子午轮胎帘子布的使用要求。
Based on the shrinking mechanism of PET fibers,the methods of polymer chips'selection and technology on shrinking resistance are discussed.The elastomeric weft yarns have not only better drawing but also lower heat shrinking properties which satifies to the demands of meridional tire cord fabrics with good quality.
