阐述涤纶长丝生产过程中干燥聚酯切片水含量分析原理;讨论载气流量、加热时间、加热温度及空白对水含量分析的影响;通过对分析条件的优化,确定干燥聚酯切片中水含量的最佳分析条件。
It states the principle of analyzing water content of polyester chip during the production of polyester filament.It discusses the influence of carrying airflow,heating time,heating temperature and gap on analyzing water content.With the analyzing condition optimized,the best analyzing condition of water content in polyester chip is defined.
