摘要
在MATLAB下的SIMULINK环境中对醋酸氧化塔进行动态仿真。首先分析乙醛氧化制醋酸的实际生产过程 ,然后通过对乙醛反应进行简化处理 ,建立醋酸氧化塔的数学模型 ,并把建立的数学模型转变成相应的SIMULINK方框图和S -函数。最后将氧化塔模型与前文的原料系统模型连接 ,在计算机上进行动态仿真 ,给出仿真结果 。
Dynamic simulation of acetic acid oxidation tower was implemented in SIMULINK of MATLAB in this paper.First actual process of producing acetic acid by oxidizing acetaldehyde was analyzed,and secondly,mathematical model of acetic acid oxidation tower was presented by simplifying acetaldehyde reaction equation and the mathematical model was converted into corresponding SIMULINK block diagram and S function.Model of acetic acid oxidation tower and model of material system in last paper were combined and dynamic simulation was implemented on computer in the end.Then the simulation results and analysis were presented.New idea was presented for chemical engineering process simulation.
