Thinking on the adjustments of the structure of the coatings products in state_owned coatings enterprises

结合多年在国企工作的体会 ,针对目前涂料国企产品结构的现状及存在问题 ,提出了以市场为导向 ,以效益为中心 ,在调整中发展 ,在发展中调整 ,通过调整 ,使企业步入专业化、规模化发展的基本思路。

Based on his experience accumulated while he was working in the state_owned coatings enterprises, the author recommends that a state_owned coatings enterprise can only develop by adjusting their structure of products on the basis of satisfying the markct needs and a profit_orienting principle. Then, this enterprise may develop in the course of this adjustment, and may become stronger gradually both in size and specializations.
