In this paper,the inspection and flaw analysis carried out ten years ago for one 1000 m3 petroleum gas spherical tank in which the vertical degree for the prop was seriously violated were stated.Then,the repair method was introduced,and the method was proved correct with the fact of the operation of the tank for ten years.
