摘要
闪蒸是聚丙烯生产中的一个重要单元操作,本文首先对该过程进行了数学描述,建立了闪蒸过程的数学模型。然后将工业实测值与该数学模型进行了比较,分别对生产负荷、聚丙烯粉料颗粒直径、闪蒸压力、闪蒸温度、物料平均停留时间等项影响闪蒸气化率的因素进行了分析。结果表明,该数学模型与工业实测值吻合良好,可用于指导生产。
Flash process is an important unit operation in polypropylene plant. First, the mathematical description for the flash process of propylene - degassing was carried out and the mathematical model was given in this work. Second, the mathematical model was compared with the measured data in industrial equipment. The influencing factors on propylene e-vaporation rate were individually discussed, for example, the production load, average diameter of polypropylene pellets, operation pressure and temperature, the average residence time in flash process was studied. The results show that the mathematical model are in good agreement with the measured data in industrial equipment. The model can be used in polypropylene plant.
