摘要
将焦亚硫酸盐同释酸类物质按m(焦亚硫酸盐 )∶m(释酸类物质 ) =10∶1配制成长效葡萄保鲜剂 ,该保鲜剂SO2 气体的释放量为一般方法同量焦亚硫酸盐的 1 5~ 2 0倍 ,初期释放速度降为一般方法的 1/ 2左右 ,并使SO2 气体释放时间由一般方法的 7d延长至 30d左右。既节省了原料 ,延长产品SO2 气体的释放时间 ,又有效降低了SO2 气体的释放速度。因此该保鲜剂避免了初期药剂量过大对葡萄造成的伤害 ,后期SO2 气体浓度太低不足以防腐的缺点 ,可明显改善葡萄的长期保鲜效果。
Metabisulfites and the substances that can produce acids when in use were mixed in the mass ratio 10∶1 to form a long-term effective grape preservative.It can increase the releasing amount of SO 2 to 1.5-2.0 fold as those released by the products in market,decrease the releasing speed of SO 2 to half as large as that of the products in market,and at the same time prolong the releasing time of SO 2 from 7-10 d to about 30 d.Thus it prevents the grape from injuring by excessive SO 2 in the initial stage and improves the condition of storing grape in long term evidently.
