悬浮烘干机冷态流场的实验研究

摘要 悬浮烘干机是一种用于烘干粉状及小颗粒物料的高效烘干设备。通过对该烘干机内冷态流场进行的实验研究 ,获得了其速度和压强的分布规律。而且 ,作者基于对实验结果的进一步分析 ,还提出了一些有用的建议可供有关人员设计时参考。 Suspension dryer is a high efficiency drying installment used for drying powder or small pellet materials, especially for slag or fly ash which is usually used as an admixture in the cement producing process.In this paper, an experimental research was carried out on the cold state flow field in this kind of dryer. The distribution of flow velocity and pressure of the flow field has been obtained through the experimental research. Furthermore, a few useful suggestions, which may benefit to related design engineers, are proposed through the analyzing the results of the experimental research.
