摘要
本文分析了在预焙铝电解槽上采用模糊控制的不足 ,设计了过—欠策略的动态修改、过—欠论域的自适应算法等 ,在 1 80 k A电解槽上实验表明 ,控制效果好 ,能够较快地适应槽况的变化 .
On the basis of the analysis on the drawback of fuzzy control in the pre-baked aluminium electrolytic pot, the “above /under standard” strategy dynamic modification and the “above/under standard” self-adaptation are designed. By putting them into use in 180kA pots, a better control effect and a quick adaptation to the changing pot conditions are achieved.
