摘要
介绍美国API和国际组织ILSAC近年来推出的内燃机油新规格SL/GF 3、APICH 4和APIPC 9,从台架试验和模拟试验两个方面比较新旧规格的不同之处。提出汽油机油显著的发展趋势是低粘度、低挥发性、良好的燃料经济性 ;柴油机油的发展方向是良好的烟炱控制能力、优良的高温性能和抗磨性能。同时指出发动机设计制造技术的发展和日益苛刻的排放法规是内燃机油规格发展的两大动力。
The new specifications of SL/GF 3,API CH 4 and API PC 9 of internal combustion engine oil from API and ILSAC in recent years were described,compared with the old specifications about bench test and simulation test.It was pointed that low viscosity,low volatility and better fuel economy are the trend of gasoline engine oil,but better smoke black control ability,excellent high temperature property and anti wear property are the trend of diesel engine oil,and the development of engine design and manufacturing technology as well as the emission law getting strict are the power of the specification development of internal combustion engine oil.
