摘要
建立了双辊铸轧薄带钢过程有限元数学模型 ,开发了二维温度场的模拟软件TRC HEAT。利用该软件对熔池内的温度场进行了模拟 ,得到了不同工艺条件下温度场曲线 ;得到了实现稳定轧制时各工艺参数之间的关系 。
A mathematical model for the twin-roll strip casting is presented and the software TRC-HEAT has been developed.With it, numerical simulation on the temperature fields of different technology conditions is provided.In order to produce continuous strip,the relationships of various operational parameters are analyzed,which give the theory basis for the control and analysis of the procedure.
