摘要
对快速成型和电弧喷涂相结合的快速制模技术的关键工序进行了实验研究、分析 ,如快速原型零件的制作、电弧喷涂材料的选择、电弧喷涂工艺参数的确定等 。
The paper is to make an experimental study and analisis for the critical procedure of rapid-module tachnology on rapid prototype and electric arc spray.In this context,the making of rapid prototype device and choice of electric arc spray material,as well as the determination of technologocal parameter on electric arc spray are to be discussed,besides this,advantages and disadvantages of the methed on rapid-made technology are to be illustrated.
