该文综述了光纤微传感器的研究进展。制成微米至纳米级微探头,并具有响应迅速的特点。文章还介绍了光纤微探头的制备、分子探针固定方法和仪器系统的结构。
This article summarizes the development of fiber optic microsensor which has dimensions in the micrometer to nanometer range, fast response time, and excellent biochemical sensitivity. The article introduces the preparation of fiber optic microprobe, immobilization method of probe molecular, and structure of instrumental system.
