碳纳米管修饰电极及其对单胺类神经递质的电化学响应 被引量:3

摘要 该文制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰电极,报道了一种利用碳纳米管修饰电极检测单胺类神经递质多巴胺和5-羟色胺的新方法。研究了该修饰电极对神经递质多巴胺和5-羟色胺的电催化,实验结果表明该修饰电极对多巴胺和5-羟色胺有着显著的电催化作用,在一定的浓度范围内神经递质与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,多巴胺和5-羟色胺能同时进行测定。 The fabrication and application of multiwall carbon nanotubes(MWNT) chemically modified electrode for the monoamine neurotransmitters dopamine(DA) and 5 - hydroxytryptamine (5 - HT) as a novel method are described. The electrocatalytic of DA and 5 - HT at the MWNT film modified electrode is investigated. The results indicate that the MWNT film modified electrode shows notable electrocatalytic behavior toward DA、5 - HT and good linear relationship between the peak current and the definite concentration of the neurotransmitters. DA and 5 - HT can be determined simultaneously.
