摘要
用液相烧结工艺在 12 70℃ -12 90℃下真空烧结成功制备出A3钢用三元硼化物基金属陶瓷覆层材料。用光学显微镜对此覆层材料进行的观察表明 :此种覆层材料界面结合良好 ;对其进行的磨损实验表明
A3 steel used ternary boride laminated material has been fabricated successfully at the temperature of 1270℃-1290℃ in vacuum using liquid sintering technique.Results obtained by observing the microstructure of this material using optical microscope show that the bonding at the interface is well.Furthermore,this laminated material has excellent wear resistant performance tested by the wear experiments.
