软磁铁氧体烧结氮窑用推板的现状与发展

Current status and outlook of push slab for sintering nitrogen kiln for soft-magnetic ferrites

介绍了我国软磁铁氧体烧结氮窑用推板的生产和使用情况 ,指出由于国产的推板使用寿命短、性能的一致性和可靠性差 ,国内使用的推板主要依赖进口。为实现软磁铁氧体烧结氮窑用推板国产化 ,研究的重点是 :(1)优化原料组成和推板配方 ;(2 )改进生产工艺和生产装备 ;(3)进行模拟使用研究 。

The current status of production and application of push slab for sintering nitrogen kiln for soft magnetic ferrites in China are introduced.It is pointed out that the push slabs used in China are mainly from abroad due to the short service life,poor consistence and reliability of performance of the homemade push slabs.To realize the domestication of the push slab,the following research points should be focused on:(1)optimizing compositions of starting materials and formulations of the push slab;(2)improving production process and devices;(3)conducting research on simulated service and raising the inspection level.
