介绍硅油型和非硅油型两类抗泡剂各自在抗泡性能、放气性能方面的特点 ,重点阐述用这两类抗泡剂及其它助剂复合研制的 3号复合抗泡剂 ,该剂在实验室试验中 ,显示了用量小、抗泡性显著的优点 ,用于 4 0 4 0船用中速机油 ,通过了指定的台架试验和海上实船航行试验 ,证明抗泡剂性能优良、持久。
The different characteristics of silicone type and non-silicone type antifoam agents were discussed in antifoam property and gassing property.The No.3 antifoam package was developed by combining this two kinds of antifoamers and others.This antifoam package exhibited better antifoaming performance and less dosage at lab.It was used to 4040 marine medium speed engine oil which had past the bench test and field test,indicating the excellent and persistent performances.
