摘要
目的 观察活血化瘀注射液Ⅰ号 (HHI- 1)是否具有延长肾脏低温保存时间、减轻肾脏损伤的作用。方法 将HHI-I加入大鼠肾脏的保存液 (乳酸钠林格液 )中作为HHI-I组 ,单纯乳酸钠林格液作为对照组 ,分别低温保存大鼠肾脏。观察保存的各个时点肾脏超微结构的变化 ;将在两种不同保存液中保存达 3h后进行大鼠肾脏移植 ,观察移植后 2 4h肾功能的变化。结果 大鼠肾脏低温保存 2 4hHHI-I组未出现明显的器质性损伤 ;对照组于保存 8h出现明显的器质性损伤。分别于保存液中保存 3h后进行大鼠肾脏移植 ,HHI-I组术后 2 4h血肌酐明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 HHI-I可以减轻单纯低温保存时肾脏超微结构的改变、延长移植物低温保存的时间、改善大鼠肾脏移植效果。
Objective:To investigate whether Huoxue Huayu Injection I(HHI-I) can prolong the storage time of kidney graft and improve the result,making less injury Methods:The rat kidney was hypothermically stored in a solution by adding 1 ml of HHI-I into 50 ml of lactated Ringer's solution as the HHI-I group,and in the comtrol group Lactated Ringer's solution was used Seven time points were selected to observe the superstructrue change by transmission electronic microscope during hypothermic preservation Then rat kedney transplsntation was done,and blood creatinine levels of each group were recorded Results:The rat kidney storage at the time of 24 hour in HHI-I group showed no orgainc injuries,but in the control group appeared evident organic injuries at the time of 8 hour storage After 3 hour-storage in the solution of the 2 groups transplantation surgery was performed,and 24 hours after the operation the blood creatinine level of the HHI-I group was much lower than that of the control Cnoclusion:HHI-I can minimize superstructure changes of kid ney during hypothermic storage period,prolong cold storage time of the graft,improve the result of rat renal transplantation,resume kidney function rapidly and alleviate the oxygen free radical damage of kidney during ischemic period
