中药活血化瘀配合华法林钠治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

Treatment of Deep Vein Thrombus of Legs by Combination of Herbs with Effects of Activating Blood Circulation and Dispersing Stasis and Warfarin Sodium

目的 探讨中药活血化瘀与华法林钠对下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。 方法 把 71例病人随机分为A、B两组。A组给予中药煎汤另服华法林钠 ,使血浆凝血酶原时间保持在正常的 1 5倍左右 ;B组不用华法林钠 ,其余治疗同A组。 6d为 1疗程。治疗前后观察双下肢周径差 ,并行彩色多普勒、下肢静脉造影及血流变学检查对比。 结果 A组全部治愈 ,B组治愈率 97.1% ,A组治愈疗程短于B组 ;两组部分血流变指标在治疗前后有显著或非常显著的差别。 结论 中药活血化瘀治疗DVT疗效明显 ,加用华法林钠效果更加显著。

Objective:To stndy the therapeutic effect for deep vein thrombus(DVT) in legs,by combination of herbs with effects of activating blood circulation and dispersing stasis and Warfarin Sodiium Tablets Methods:The 71 regular patients were divided into A and B groups randomly.Group A was given herbal medicine soup together with Warfarin Sodium Tablets,keeping plasma thrombinogen time at 1.5 times as normal.Group B was given herbal medicine but no Warfarin tablets.A course of treament was six days.Before and after treatment,the difference of perimetry of both legs were observed and colour Doppler and venography and rheclogic examinations made.Results:All patients in group A were cured and those in group B had a cure rate of 97.1%.The therapeutic course in group A was shorter than that in Group B.Sane theologic parameters showed marked or very marked differences before and after treament.Herbal medicine with effects of activating blood circulation and dispersing stasis is markedly effective in the treatment of DVT,and combination of Warfarin Sodium tablets will have more marked effects.
