前列安栓及通列舒胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎96例

Effect of Combination of Tonglieshu with Qianlieanshuan in Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

目的 观察前列安栓及通列舒胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效及作用机理。 方法 选择符合慢性前列腺炎诊断标准的患者 96例 ,对照用药前后的症状表现及前列腺液检查结果 ,评价临床疗效。 结果 临床治愈 2 1例 ,显效 4 2例 ,有效2 4例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 90 ,6 3%。 结论 前列安栓合并通列舒胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎 ,内外用药 。

Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Tonglieshu and Qianlieanshuan in the treatment of chronic Prostatitis(CP) Methods:The clinical symptoms of 96 cases of chronic prostatits were analyed and their prostatic excretion samples examined before and after treatment to evaluate the effect.Results:The results showed clinical cure in 21 cases (21.9%),obviously effective in 42 cases (43.75%),effective in 24 cases (25.00%),and ineffective in 9 cases (9.37%);the overall effective rate was 90.63%.Conclustion:The combination of Tonglieshu and Qianlieanshuan and Chinese herbal medicine showed a good effect in the treatment of CP.
