针刺治疗非细菌性前列腺炎及B超声像图分析

Acupuncture Treatment of Non-Bacterial Prostatitis and Analysis of B-Ultrasonogram

目的 :探讨非细菌性前列腺炎的有效治疗方法和前列腺B超声像图特点。方法 :针刺取穴中极、膀胱俞、关元、气海、水道、阴陵泉、足三里、三阴交、太冲 ,施提插捻转补泻手法 ,得气后留针2 0～ 30分钟 ,每日 1次 ,2周为一疗程。B超观察前列腺体积、被膜、内部回声。结果 :临床治愈 18例 (36 %) ,显效 15例 (30 %) ,有效 9例 (18%) ,无效 8例 (16 %) ,总有效 4 2例 (84 %)。治疗后前列腺体积减小 ,被膜不光滑和内部回声不均匀得到改善 ,伴有结石的部分消失。结论 :针刺能较明显的改善临床症状 ,前列腺体积肿大、被膜不光滑、内部回声不均匀得到改善。

Purpose To probe into an effective therapy for non-bacterial prostatitis and characteristics of B-ultrasonogram for prostate. Methods Acupuncture was given at Zhongji (CV 3), Pangguangshu (BL 28), Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), Shuidao (ST 26), Yinlingquan (SP 9), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Taichong (LR 3), with reinforcing and reducing methods of lifting, thrusting and twirling needles. After the needling sensation was attained, the needles were retained for 20～30 min, once each day, 2 weeks constituting one therapeutic course. B-ultrasonography was adopted to observe the size, capsule and internal echo of the prostate. Results 18 cases (36%) were clinically cured, 15 (30%) markedly effective, 9 (18%) effective and 8 (16%) ineffective, with a total effective rate of 84% (42 cases). After treatment, the size of prostate reduced, the un-smooth capsule and un-even internal echo improved, and the stone disappeared partially. Conclusion Acupuncture can obviously improve clinical symptoms of non-bacterial prostatitis, and the swollen size, un-smooth capsule and un-even internal echo of the prostate.
