艾灸对类风湿关节炎大鼠血清ICAM-1的影响 被引量:23

摘要 目的 :探讨艾灸治疗类风湿关节炎的机理。方法 :以佐剂性关节炎 (AA)作为类风湿关节炎大鼠模型 ,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、艾灸治疗组、艾灸加去肾上腺组、艾灸加假手术组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清细胞粘附分子 (ICAM 1)含量变化。结果 :模型组大鼠血清ICAM 1含量明显较正常组升高 (P <0 0 1) ,艾灸治疗组血清ICAM 1含量较模型组大鼠显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ,并仍高于正常水平 (P <0 0 1)。艾灸加去肾上腺组血清ICAM 1水平与模型组相比无明显变化。艾灸加假手术组血清ICAM 1的含量比模型组明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,与艾灸组具有相同趋势。 结论 :艾灸降低血清ICAM 1含量与神经 内分泌 免疫网络的完整密切相关。 Purpose To approach to the mechanism of moxibustion for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods Adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats were used as RA rat model and they were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, moxibustion group, moxibustion plus adrenal removal group and moxibustion plus sham operation group. Intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) contents were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The serum ICAM-1 content in the moxibustion group was significantly lowered than that in the model group and higher than the normal group (P<0.01); there was no significant difference between both the moxibustion plus adrenal removal group and the model group, and the serum ICAM-1 content in the moxibustion plus sham operation group was significantly decreased as compared with the model group (P<0.01) with a same tendency as the moxibustion group. Conclusion The decrease of serum ICAM-1 content induced by moxibustion is closely correlated with completeness of the neuro-endocrine-immune network.
