摘要
目的 :研究调神益肾针法对更年期雌性大鼠内分泌的调节作用机制。 方法 :应用放射免疫分析技术检测血清雌二醇 (estradiol,E2 )、卵泡刺激素 (follicularstimulatinghormone ,FSH)和黄体生成素 (luteinizinghormone ,LH)的水平。结果 :16月龄雌性大鼠血清E2 水平降低 ,FSH和LH升高。经调神益肾针法干预后 ,血清E2 水平升高 ,FSH和LH水平下降 ,三者重新达到稳态。结论 :有效地调整下丘脑 垂体 卵巢轴可能是调神益肾针法治疗更年期综合征的重要机制。
Purpose To study on the mechanism of acupuncture for regulating mentality and supplementing the kidney in regulation of endocrine in climacteric rats. Methods The levels of serum estradiol (E 2), follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of serum E 2 were lowered, and serum FSH and LH were raised in the 16 month old female rats. After treated by acupuncture therapy for regulating mentality and supplementing the kidney, the levels of serum E 2 were raised and FSH and LH levels were lowered. They restored the homeostasis. Conclusion Effective regulation on the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis is possibly an important mechanism of acupuncture for regulating mentality and supplementing the kidney in treatment of climacteric syndrome.
