六节通络仪对原发性高血压患者血浆心钠素的影响

Effect of Treatment with Liujie Tongluo Instrument on Plasma Atrial Natriuretic Factor in the Patient of Primary Hypertension

目的 :观察六节通络仪对原发性高血压患者血浆心钠素 (ANF)的影响。 方法 :对 35例原发性高血压患者用六节通络仪治疗 14天 ,于治疗前 1天及治疗 14天后的早晨 ,用放射免疫法测定血浆ANF ,并与 16名健康者作比较。结果 :治疗组治疗前ANF水平与对照组比较明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后收缩压及血浆ANF的水平与治疗前比较有非常明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,舒张压较治疗前亦有明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :六节通络仪治疗原发性高血压效果确切且依从性良好。

Purpose To observe the effect of treatment with Liujie Tongluo Instrument on plasma atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) in the patient of primary hypertension. Methods 35 cases of primary hypertension were treated by the Liujie Tongluo Instrument for 14 days and the plasma ANF was determined by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment, and 16 healthy persons were used as controls. Results The levels of plasma ANF in the patient of primary hypertension were significantly higher than that in the control (P<0.01); after treatment, the levels were decreased significantly (P<0.01), and the systolic and diastolic pressures were significantly reduced (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion Liujie Tongluo Instrument is effective, safe and well tolerable for treatment of primary hypertension.
