摘要
目的 :研究胆囊息肉的CT仿真内窥镜 (CTVE)表现与病理类型之间的关系。材料和方法 :选择 3 2例术前行CTVE检查并经手术病理证实为胆囊息肉者 ,比较其病理类型与CTVE表现的关系。结果 :不同病理类型胆囊息肉的数目、大小、形态、部位、基底有无蒂结构CTVE所见均不同。结论 :胆囊息肉的CT仿真内窥镜表现与病理类型密切相关。胆固醇息肉是一种多发于体、颈部有蒂的直径小于 10mm的球型或乳头型息肉 ,炎性息肉是一种无蒂的多发于胆囊体部的球型或不规则型息肉。
Purpose: To study correlation between CT Virtual Endoscopy (CTVE) appearances and pathologic type in polyps of the gallbladder. Materials and Methods: 32 cases with polyps of the gallbladder proved by surgery and pathology were examined by abdominal CTVE scans before operation. Study on the correlation between CTVE appearances and pathologic type was made. Results: The number, size, shape, position and whether it had a stalk on the base and pathologic type had statistical significance (p<0.01). Conclusion: Better correlation is noted between CTVE and pathological findings in polyps of the gallbladder. Cholesterol polyp is a kind of globosity or nipple type with stalk most occurring in body or neck parts with a diameter less than 10mm; inflammatory polyp is a kind of globosity or irregularity type with occurring in body part without stalk.
