成人肾母细胞瘤(附3例报告并结合文献复习)

ADULT WILM'S TUMOR (REPORT OF 3 CASES AND REEERENCE DOCUMENTS)

目的 :提高成人肾母细胞瘤的诊治水平。方法 :结合文献对收治 3例成人肾母细胞瘤的诊治资料进行分析。结果 :3例均行根治性切除 ,术后辅以放疗、化疗 ,随访 3～ 6年 ,效果满意。结论 :根治性肾切 ,加放疗、化疗 ,能明显提高成人肾母细胞瘤的治愈率。

Objective:To increase the diagnosis and treatment level of adult wilm's tumor.Methods:3 cases of adult wilm's tumor were analysed retrospectivly with review of the literature.Results:Radical nephrectomy post-operative radiation and chemotheraphy in all the 3 cases follow-up for 3 to 6 years the curative effect was satisfactory.Conclusions: Combined theraphy includingradical nephrectomy chemotheraphy and radiotheraphy can improve the cure rate of adult wilm's tumor significantly.
