高效液相色谱法测定九味参蓉胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

DETERMINATION OF ICARIIN IN JIUWEI SHENRONG CAPSULES BY HPLC

目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法测定九味参蓉胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法 :采用水提取 -聚酰胺小柱纯化去杂方法制备供试品溶液 ,以C18柱作为色谱柱 ,乙晴 -水 (2 7:73)为流动相 ,检测波上为 2 70nm ,按外标法进行检测。结果 :淫羊藿苷进样量在 0 .2 1- 1.91μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999;样品平均加样回收率为 99.2 1% (n =5 ) ,RSD值为 1.79%重复性试验RSD值为 2 .18% (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,准确 ,重复性好 。

Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of icariin in Jiuweishenrong Capsules.Methods: The sample was prepared by water extraction-purification through polyamide column.The determination was carried out on C 18 ODS column with mobile phase of acetonirile-water(27:73),and detection wavelength at 270nm according to the external standard method.Results:The icariin sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.12-1.91ug and correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery of the added sample was 99.21%(n=5)and RSD was 1.79%. The RSD in a duplicate test was 2.18%(n=5). Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for content determination of icariin of Jiuwei Shenrong Capsules.
